1. Scope of Application
This standard defined the requires characteristics for the laminated safety glass in TCVN 7364-l: 2004.

3. Impact resistance
Laminated glass is distinguished from laminated safety glass in the target impact resistance.
3.1. Falling impact resistance
Glass is considered satisfactory impact resistance if felt glass assure the TCVN 7368: 2004.
For products with a thickness more than 16 mm is pasted from tempered glass, resistance glass, not require this criterion.
In special glass products, laminated, curved laminated glass and laminated three layers, this criteria was agreed between the partners.
3.2. Pendulum impact resistance
Glass is considered satisfactory pendulum impact resistance if the test ensure the TCVN 7368: 2004.
4. Durability of laminated glass and laminated safety glass resistance properties.
4.1. Temperature resistant durability
After trying the method mentioned in Article 4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 4.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, on three samples do not have the defects (bubbles, blistering, cracks, etc) . If on one of the three samples has the defects on the test carried out to add three new models, in this case is not defective in any sample.
4.2. Moisture resistant durability
After trying the method prescribed in 5.3.1 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and asess as 5.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, on three samples do not have the defects (bubbles, blistering, wound still ). If on one of the three samples has the defects on the test carried out to add three new models, in this case is not defective in any sample.
4.3. Radiation durability
After trying the method prescribed in Article 6 of the TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 6.5 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, light transmission of all three forms of radiation are not allowed more than ± 10% value of three samples before illumination of the original light transmission> 20% or ± 2% absolute value for the initial light transmission £ 20%. When evaluating bonded are not allowed to appear defects (bubbles, blistering, cracks, etc) on all three samples. If one of the three unsatisfactory samples, the test must be conducted three more new models and all three samples must satisfy.
5. Durability of laminated resistant glass
5.1. Group A
Group A glass is not direct solar radiation, often used in homes.
5.1.1. Durability moisture resistant
After the test method in 5.3.2 TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and rated as 5.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004 does not have the blistering on all three samples. If on one of the three samples not attainable,have to test on three new models, and all three samples must be attainable.
5.2. Group B
Glass group B is to direct solar radiation, often used outdoors.
5.2.1. Durability of moisture resistant
After the test method in 5.3.1 TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 5.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004 is not allowed blistering in all three samples. If on one of the three samples has the disability, have to test on three new models, and all three samples must be attainable.
5.2.2. Durability of radiation
After trying the method in Article 6 of the TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 6.5 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, light transmission of all three forms of radiation are not allowed more than ± 10% value of three samples before illumination of the original light transmission> 20% or ± 2% absolute value for the initial light transmission £ 20%. When evaluating bonded are not allowed to appear defects (bubbles, blistering, cracks, etc) on all three samples. If one of the three unsatisfactory samples, the test must be conducted on three new models and all three samples must be attainable.
6. Composition material
The material composition of the laminated layers outlined in TCVN 7364-l: 2004.
7. Dimensions and edge finishing
The size and the complete edge of the laminated glass are specified in TCVN 7364-5: 2004.
8. Appearance
The requirements for bonded laminated glass are specified in TCVN 7364-6: 2004.
9. Conventional signs
Laminated glass in this denoted Standard with the following information:
- Name of the glass;
- The standard notation;
- Nominal thickness, mm;
- Nominal width B and nominal length H, mm.
For example: Conventional signs for laminated glass, thickness 6.4 mm, width 2.0 m, length 1.50 m:
Laminated glass TCVN 7364-2: 2004 : 6.4 - 2000 x 1500.
