VIC_ Vietnam Standard TCVN 7364-3 for laminated glass
1. Impact resistance
Unidentified impact resistance for laminated glass.
2. Durability of laminated glass and laminated thermo-resistant glass
2.1. High temperature resistant
Conducting the test method mentioned in Article 4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 4.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, on three samples there are not the defects (bubbles, blistering, spot). If on one of the three samples there are the defects, you have to test again on three new models, in this case there is not defective in any sample.
2.2. Moisture resistant
Conducting the test method described in Article 5.3.1 of the TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 5.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, on three samples three are noy the defects (bubbles, blistering, marks etc). If on one of the three samples there are the defects, you have to test again on three new models, in this case there is not defective in any sample.
2.3. Radiation resistant
After trying the method described in Article 6 of the TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 6.5 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, light transmission of all three illuminated patterns shall not exceed ± 10% difference compared to value of three samples before illumination for the initial light transmission> 20% or ± 2% absolute value for the initial light transmission £ 20%. When external evaluating on three samples with no defects (bubbles, blistering, cracks, etc).
If one of the three samples is not satisfied, the test must be conducted on three new models, and all three samples must be pass over.
3. Reliability of laminated thermo-resistant glass
3.1. Group A
Group A glass is not directed solar radiation, often used in homes.
3.1.1. Moisture resistant reliabilaty
In conducting the test method described in 5.3.2 of TCVN 7364-4: -2004 and assess by 5.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, there are not the blistering on the three samples. If a blistering seen in three modals then try to test three new models, and all three samples must pass.
3.2. Group B
Glass group B is directed solar radiation, often used outdoors.
3.2.1. Moisture resistant Reliabilaty
Conducting the test method described in 5.3.1 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 5.4 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, there are not the blistering on the three samples. If a blistering seen in three partterns then try to test on three new models, and all three samples must pass.
3.2.2. Radiation durability
After trying the method described in Article 6 of the TCVN 7364-4: 2004 and assess as 6.5 of TCVN 7364-4: 2004, light transmission of all three forms of radiation are not exceed ± 10% compared to value of three samples before illumination for the initial light transmission> 20% or ± 2% absolute value for the initial light transmission £ 20%. When external evaluating on three samples with no defects (bubbles, blistering, cracks, etc).
If one of the three samples is not satisfied, the test must be conducted on three new models, and all three samples must pass.
4. Composition materials
The composition materials of the laminated glass outlined in TCVN 7364-1: 2004.
5. Dimensions and edge finishing
The perfect size and the edges of the laminated glass are specified in TCVN 7364-5: 2004.
6. Appearance
Appearance requirements outlined in TCVN 7364-5: 2004.
7. The symbol
Multi-layer laminated suitable with this Standard denoted with the following information:
- Name of the glass;
- The standard notation;
- Nominal thickness, mm;
- Nominal width B and length H, mm.
For example, the sign for thermo laminated glass thick 6.4 mm, wide 2.0 m long, 1.50 m:
Thermo-resistant laminated glass TCVN 7364-3: 2004 - 6.4 -2000 x 1500.
