HCMC – SetiaBecamex Joint Stock Company has launched the sales of EcoWalk commercial houses, which are the second phase of the EcoLakes My Phuoc project.

Located in the center of EcoLakes My Phuoc urban area, EcoWalk commercial houses covering 10 hectares are under construction. Each commercial house has two to three floors and exterior decoration has been completed.

Each 150-square-meter unit is sold at VND3.3 billion. Construction of this commercial house project is expected to be completed by the end of next year.

In order to woo customers, SetiaBecamex unveils 40-60 payment model allowing EcoWalk commercial house buyers to place a deposit equivalent to 40% of the total home value and make installment payment for the remainder within four terms without any surcharge during the construction.

When the house is ready, customers will settle their payments with a six-month grace period.

The developer has previously succeeded in selling to clients around 310 townhouses and villas of the project’s first phase thanks to the so-called 30/70 Home Plan. All had been transferred to house owners by early last year.
